A to Z Challenge K is for Kiawah Island

I really, truly love the beach and I have not been to many of the Atlantic beaches, but the pictures of Kiawah Island are beautiful.  I have read lots of Pat Conroy's work so I have a feeling for these South Carolina beaches.  They seem to have some calming, therapeutic qualities.
