What should my title be?

I am officially a candidate for a doctorate at the University of Alabama. Woo Hoo! My proposal meeting was last Thursday, March 9. I am approved to begin my research or at least to submit my materials to the IRB next week.

Now, comes the problem of what should my title be. Here are some suggestions:

Factors that influence technology integration by Alabama K-12 public school teachers
What makes the difference? Technology integration by Alabama teachers
Technology integration: Is it occuring in Alabama public school classrooms?
If you build it, will they come? Teacher technology integration in Alabama K-12 public schools

The title of your dissertation is supposed to be informative and descriptive, not necessarily cute. Any other ideas?
